Mobile Dieting
Well I started my diet today and the actual food part was quite easy. The harder and more interesting part was using Weight Watchers mobile app to help me along. While I admit there quite a number of things on the app that I don't yet understand the food scanning portion was awesome. I also didn't realize how much food portions play into the points structure. More to the point I never realized how small a cup of food was. At times it seemed like it took more time to enter the food in the app than to eat the food. So that's my next two goals, speed up the food entry and slow down the eating. Yep this mobile dieting is a whole new world. I just hope it's a thinner one as well.
