The First Week
I know the first week is always the easiest week to lose weight so I am not going to get carried away with the fact that I lost 6.2 pounds, but the fact is that I had no problem with the diet, did not approach using the appoints allotted to me and was able to use the extra 49 points all on the weekend. I also had a lot of fun working the mobile tracker (yep that's what I consider fun) and I also bought a scale for this coming week. It seems that by not using all of my daily points I am violating the rules. Trying to understand why eating less is bad for your diet, I have to assume that not eating enough will eventually cause your body to crave more and thus cause you to go off the diet. As a result, I promises to eat more next week to help my diet along. What a crazy world. I did pick up one point at the meetings which was that protein foods are power foods because they fill you up more thus causing you not to eat more. Interesting, I am going to keep an eye (and mouth) on that theory and see what happens next week.
